What You'll Need
- 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience (or equivalent full-stack development background).
- Strong understanding of web application architecture.
- Frontend development experience (React knowledge is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to own features from concept to delivery.
- Experience building and shipping production applications.
- Genuine curiosity about AI/ML technologies, particularly language models.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience building AI-powered features or experimenting with LLMs, evals and agents.
- Side projects or contributions showing initiative and creativity. Indie dev experiences are a big plus.
- Open source contributions or technical blog posts.
- Experience with early-stage products (0 to 1 development).
