Our client is a leading company specialized in IT services who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and build scalable services capable of processing large volumes of data efficiently.
Develop well-structured databases that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Continuously improve code quality through regular refactoring.
Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and resolve application failures.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of practical experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails.
Solid understanding of SOLID principles, common design patterns, and best practices in software development.
Strong proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including expertise in performance tuning and query optimization.
Experienced in designing and managing complex system architectures, particularly those involving external API integrations.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and enhance application performance in production environments.
Skilled in implementing automated testing and conducting end-to-end (E2E) testing.
In-depth knowledge of web security standards and their application in development.
Comfortable with CI/CD workflows and container technologies like Docker.
Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Takes full ownership of tasks and is highly accountable for deliverables.
Nice to have qualifications:
Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Familiarity with managing and operating production-level services.
Exposure to modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and frameworks like ReactJS or VueJS.
