Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with and passion for soup-to-nuts website development on *nix in a scripting language
Nice-to-haves:
- Rolled your own Prototype/jQuery extensions
- Dealt with database performance issues and query optimization in MySQL
- Contributed fixes/features to Rails or Rails plugins
- Written and/or maintain a Rails plugin (or several)
- Harnessed the power of OSX, but occasionally reminisce about compiling your own kernel
- Able to drink beer and play ping pong simultaneously
